Simple Operation for Easy On-Site Handling

Operation is simple, with minimal use of switches such as START, STOP,MANUAL, and EMERGENCY STOP.

Safe Operation with Automatic Stop Mechanism
1. Machine will automatically stop when errors such as sealing cylinder trouble shall occur.
2. Error description will appear on the screen for rapid troubleshooting.

Equipped with Compact Thermal Printer
1. As it comes equipped with automated calendar functions and a highly functional thermal printer with a capacity for storing up to 99 types of data, manual data input is unnecessary = perfect for preventing date input errors.
2. Also, as the origins of the materials for each lot can be stored, changing the origin on the printouts is easy, thereby heightening traceability.

1. A variety of models, such as the DPX3000 for cut tofu and the DPX2500/DPX3500 for filled tofu are available to fit your needs.
2. Especially for filled tofu, a wealth of options available such as a pack feeding machine and high precision measuring mechanism prevents overflow and reduces bubbles to a minimum.
